Every CleanPlex^® for MGI NGS Panel includes CleanPlex^® for MGI Primer Pool(s) and a CleanPlex^® Target Library Kit. To complete the library preparation workflow, the following are also required:

– CleanPlex^® for MGI Indexed PCR Primers (provided by Paragon Genomics) 

– CleanMag Magnetic Beads (provided by Paragon Genomics) 

– MGIEasy Circularization Kit (provided by MGI) 

The MGIEasy Circularization Kit (Cat. No. 1000005259, 16 reactions) is used to generate circularized DNA libraries, which are specific to and required for sequencing on MGI’s NGS instruments. Contact your local MGI sales representative, or MGI customer support at 400-096-698 for consultation.
