Product Description
The CleanPlex Plated Dual-Indexed PCR Primers for Illumina® are high-quality ready-to-use PCR primers for Illumina library construction. They are compatible and designed for use with all CleanPlex Panels to construct targeted libraries for sequencing on an Illumina NGS platform. The index set comprises of i5 primers and i7 primers that form combinatorial indexing of samples for multiplexing samples per sequencing run. Samples with unique i5 and i7 combinations can be pooled and sequenced then demultiplexed for analysis.

*Sets A & B index sequences are the same index sequences that was provided in the (discontinued) tubed format. Set C and D are cross combined i5 and i7 indexes from Set A and Set B sequences to form the full 384 combinatorial index pairs.
