Product Description
The CleanPlex Dual-Indexed PCR Primers for Illumina Systems are high-quality, ready-to-use PCR primers for Illumina library construction. They are compatible and designed for use with all CleanPlex Kits to construct targeted libraries for sequencing on an Illumina NGS platform. The index set comprises of i5 primers and i7 primers that form combinatorial indexing of samples for multiplexing samples per sequencing run. Samples with unique i5 and i7 combinations can be pooled and sequenced then demultiplexed for analysis.

- This product listing is for indexes delivered in single tube format, not 96 well plated format.
- Set A and Set B index sequences are mutually exclusive and can be sequenced together for 192 sample multiplexing or combined to created 384 available combinations.
