DNA is extracted from CRISPR-edited Samples, Genomic DNA from Blood or Saliva, Leaf Tissue, Seeds, Animal Tissue or Hair Follicles.

Multiplex PCR. Targets are amplified in a multiplex PCR reaction, followed by magnetic bead purification.

Background Cleaning. Primer-dimer, non-specific PCR products, and other contaminants are biochemically removed, followed by purification.
